Delivery FAQs

How quickly will my flooring arrive?
Orders placed before 11am are eligible for next-working-day delivery. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays aren't classed as working days.
Can I choose my delivery day?
Yes. You can choose an available preferred delivery date when placing your order. If you don't need a specific date, simply leave the delivery date option blank and we'll use our standard delivery service.
How much does flooring delivery cost?
Flooring delivery starts from £14.99 and is calculated according to the total weight of your order. Orders weighing more than 100kg qualify for free flooring delivery.
Do you charge for sample delivery?
No. Sample orders weighing up to 1.2kg are delivered free of charge.
Can I order online and collect instead?
Yes. Select collection when placing your order. Collection orders are for same-day pickup and are usually ready within approximately one hour of the order being placed.
What happens if I order after 11am?
Orders received after the 11am cut-off will be processed from the next working day. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded.
What counts as a working day?
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
