At Discount Flooring Superstore, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable delivery across the UK.

1. Delivery Options

We use a weight-based delivery system to keep costs fair and transparent:

• 0 – 20kg → £6.50 (samples & accessories – next-day available if ordered by 12:00 pm, Mon–Fri)
• 21 – 100kg → £30 (small flooring orders)
• 101 – 300kg → £50 (medium flooring orders, approx. 1–1.5 pallets)
• 301 – 600kg → £80 (large flooring orders, approx. 2–3 pallets)
• 601kg+ → £120 (bulk/commercial orders, approx. 4+ pallets)

2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation.
• During peak periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We’ll notify you of any delays.

3. Delivery Locations

• We deliver to most UK mainland addresses.
• For remote or restricted areas, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and surcharges.

4. Delivery Information

• Deliveries are kerbside only. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the goods.
• Drivers are not required to carry items into your property. Please make arrangements accordingly.

5. Missed Deliveries

• If no one is available to accept the delivery, a redelivery charge may apply.
• Please provide accurate delivery details and ensure safe access to the property on the scheduled date.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• Inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, report it to the driver and contact us immediately at support@discountflooringsuperstore.com.
• Claims must be submitted on the same day as delivery to be eligible for resolution.

7. Tracking

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor delivery progress.
