Samples: Free

Light parcel: £15.00

Medium order: pallet £30.00

Large order: pallet £60.00

Next-day delivery

Order before 11am Sun–Thur. Available on all orders.

Pallet deliveries

Medium orders and above are delivered by pallet courier. Live tracking is not available on pallet orders.

Samples

Free delivery on all samples. Order a sample before committing to a full order.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation.
During peak periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We’ll notify you of any delays.

We deliver to most UK mainland addresses.
For remote or restricted areas, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and surcharges.

Deliveries are kerbside only. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the goods.
Drivers are not required to carry items into your property. Please make arrangements accordingly.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, a redelivery charge may apply.
Please provide accurate delivery details and ensure safe access to the property on the scheduled date.

Inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, report it to the driver and contact us immediately at support@discountflooringsuperstore.com.
Claims must be submitted on the same day as delivery to be eligible for resolution.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor delivery progress.
