Important: In most cases, the manufacturer requires you to register the warranty directly with them to activate full coverage.
How to activate your warranty
- Complete your installation (keep photos).
- Register your warranty on the manufacturer's website using their registration page.
- Keep your proof of purchase (your Discount Flooring Superstore order confirmation/invoice) safe.

- Product name, colour, and batch/lot number if shown on packaging
- Installation address and installation date
- Installer details
- Photos of the installed floor
What the warranty covers
The manufacturer warranty typically covers manufacturing defects and product performance under normal use, provided the flooring has been installed and maintained correctly. Warranty length, coverage, and exclusions vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
Important notes
- Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and may differ between residential and commercial use.
- Incorrect installation, unsuitable subfloors, moisture problems, and poor maintenance are the most common reasons claims are rejected.
- Shade or batch variation must be checked before installation. Once installed, it is usually deemed accepted.
- Unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer, warranties cover the product only and do not include labour, reinstallation costs, or consequential loss.
