Description

Dark Roast Oak is a rich, deep brown wood-effect LVT with warm coffee tones and natural grain detail, designed to bring depth and contrast to an interior without the harshness of a true black floor.

Its darker finish works especially well in contemporary spaces, kitchens, dining areas and rooms where you want a more dramatic, premium-looking floor.

Made from 3mm glue-down LVT with a durable 0.55mm wear layer, Dark Roast Oak features a deep embossed texture, matt finish and UV-coated surface for a realistic timber appearance.

Each pack contains 16 planks and covers 4.459m².

Installation & Care

Install onto a clean, dry, smooth and correctly prepared subfloor.

Allow the flooring to acclimatise before fitting.

Fully bond using a suitable LVT flooring adhesive.

Follow the adhesive manufacturer's recommended application and curing instructions.

Roll the completed floor to ensure good adhesive transfer.

Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove grit and loose dirt.

Clean with a damp mop and a neutral cleaner suitable for LVT/vinyl flooring.

Wipe up spills promptly.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and excessive standing water.

Use felt pads beneath furniture and avoid dragging heavy items across the floor.
